Well, i just found out about this series a few weeks ago from a friend of mine. He bought the first manga and i thought it was hilarious. I bought him vol two later on and saw that it continued to get better. Then, just the other day, i said fuck my friend and i decided to by the dvd box set vol 1 for myself, and with only five episodes, i thought it was more than worth the money.

it's a comedy action sci fi series, and if anyone cares to add anything to this thread please do so, and if it intrigues anyone, feel free to ask more about it. i just don't want to continue typing up anything more about it because i'm kind of in a hurry with some other bullshit that need my attendance.

It's a great series which I really liked back then. I've never read the manga because...well...it's incredibly long (still running in Japan now

) and the manga doesn't appeal to me as much for some reason. Anyways, yeah...GetBackers is a cool series up to episode 27/28 but it gets repetitive from there. Haven't finished it though, but it goes on for about 49 episodes and ends there (why not make an even 50, I dunno).
