Heliodisplay
This thing projects video and allows you to touch it, minority report style. I want it because I wont have to worry about my TV screen getting messed up. Too bad it isnt commecial yet, and probably wont be till a long time...

Hmmmmm...how come I havent seen any reports of this new technology on Television. I watch Tech TV religiously, youd think they would have mentioned it. But oh well. Its gonna happene eventually and it looks amazing. Of course the prices will probably be obscene on them untill im like 80, but then, its all mine !
Imagine what this would do for the porn industry !. I shutter to think And you just KNOW the gaming industry is going to eat this technology up and incorporate it in thir future systems and games

The Heliodisplay is not yet a commercial product. In response to numerous requests, however, we are taking orders for prototyope Heliodisplays. We expect that we will be able to ship about 4 per month. The price for these hand-built devices is $22,500 plus shipping. $12,500 is due at time of ordering. If you are interested, contact us at [email protected]. Bear in mind that these are prototypes, not commercial products. Thus the warranty will be very limited.
Wow... that is crazy... Looks awesome.. very interested to see further development......Will await official announcement If i dont see it on cnn or tech tv.. then i am not entirely sure... But very cool chara nonetheless!

But I am also puzzled as to how you can interact with the object. Bayme it senses different pressures in the air? If a fly or my dog passes through it, will it activate anything? That would really suck when playing a game.

Think how often does your dog climb on top of your TV to take a shit.
It's the same as having a regular TV, folks, common sense will have you placing it on an entertainment center or whatever. I would not worry about something like that.

That's fricken insaine, I'd give enarly anything for something like that, even to the extent that Piggle went.
Kinda reminds me of the stuff you see in sci-fi movies and shows, like star wars and star treck. I can't really say anything new and spactacular about it that shows my "Wowness" over what everyone else has said. So i'll just leave it at that. Wow!
