anyways what happened to these forums, so dead, no one barely posts especially in this forum, GTA: San Andreas is the most anticipated game in history!!!!! Yes its true along with.... well I don't wanna spoil anything to those who don't really look for gta info, I say that cause yah its pretty dead around here (in the GTA forum at least).

got any questions? I'll answer them I swear >< just for tonight. Now I did play a tiny bit at a friends and wow IGN is right on the ball!

all in all I'm sure it will become my #1 game because, well damn u do the math check out the ign review which covers lots of stuff but contains no real spoilers and leaves lots to be revealed on your own.

You guys, don't worry so much about the "deadness" around here...I think there might be a lot of new members joining these forums when everyone actually gets the game and becomes stuck on a mission or a level and need to ask questions. Hopefully then, the GTA forums will be active again.

If there is one thing I don't know about the game its the cheats, none are confirmed yet.

Only reason I want the cheats is cause I wanna see if the gore cheat from GTA 3 is back and any other cheats like this that doent take away from gameplay like health and wanted level cheats which ruin the fun lol

a 9.9? Personally, I don't trust IGN's opinion at all. They've never struck me as a particuarly good review source. No game is 0.1 points away from perfection. That's just totally ridiculous. What if Rockstar release a new version tomorrow with a peripheral that allows you to taste everything in San Andreas? What would that game get then? And what would the version where you could actually touch everything get?

Having said that, I have to admit that i've gone from "totally apathetic" to "seriously considering buying" this game. It's only really the theme of the storyline, the gameplay (I'm no fan of driving games... and i'm not even that keen on 3rd person action games either) and my total lack of available time that's stopping me...

Lol, the man from IGN has played it for 60 hours and gave it 9.9 is stupid, a weeks worth of gameplay of the one of the best games this years and he reviews it, he should study some more about EVERYTHING in the game before you review it kind of like a game tester.

Most UK Games magazines are pretty stupid then ^^ . Actually, this comes as little of shock to me. The worst are console magazines that focus on a single console, especially official ones. Then again, San Andreas does sound an awful lot like it deserves a "best PS2 game ever", but a multi-console site like IGN should know better than to have scores quite that high.

I think Gamespot are more spot with 9.6, it deserves 10 for gameplay but never 10 for graphics.

Early Bulletproof Savanna

After you finish the 'High Stakes, Low-Rider' Mission, Cesar and his car stay at the finish line, doors locked. You can push the car to the nearest garage and the doors will become unlocked. The car stays bulletproof.

Cheats for GTA SA, dont use them though unless your to young to understand the values of this game.

So far, I do like the game....but I would probably give it a score of 9.4 out of 10 only because of the camera angles. They were a major nuisance for me and it was terrible when it comes to the drive throughs and the turning corners. Otherwise, it's really fun and I'm definitely intrigued by the story.

EDIT: But now I only wonder: which do I like more? "Vice City" or "San Andreas"? It's difficult for me to compare them since I haven't gotten very far with "SA"...but somehow, "VC" still seems to remain in my memory...I wonder it it's the eighties thing...

gamespot gave it a freakin 9.6 everything was 10 except music it was 8 cuz it didnt sound very good like vice city.

Gamespy got their review up and gave it a 5/5 (but then, when you have a rating system that narrow, it was always going to be a 5/5 anyway). The Pros: Amazingly realized, expansive environments; rich with detail, and gameplay opportunities; great cast creates a memorable story, with amusing characters. The Cons: GTA's trademark "jankiness" rears its head with disturbing frequency.

No I have no idea what the heck Jankiness means, and I haven't bothered to check the actual text of the review to find out. ^^
