I know what you mean: it was the same for me when I had to move out!
And then, you're always afraid you're forgetting something really important! And people at home were even more scared than I was Good luck Tim! May the blessing of Cthulu be with you! |

No! You can't start packaging now!
Better to start tomorrow morning! You take a rest and tomorrow you'll be refreshed and you'll be able to do whatever you want! You can also use the force to package everything! It'll be a lot faster, trust me! I bet everything will be fine! |

Good luck man, I've been on my own for the past 4 years. If you make it past the first 12 months, it's smooth sailing....

Good luck! I'm sure you'll find it hard to change your lifestyle during the first period, but once you get used to the new location, everything will be ok!

Don't worry about it!
When you move away to Uni you're joing 000's of people who will be in the same situation as you. The first week or two can be bad - you can feel very lonely - yet exciting too cos you're getting to meet loads of new people. When I moved to Leeds Uni, I joined up with as many clubs as I could just so I'd get to know people. Within a couple of weeks I was having the time of my life! Being away from home was great, but more importantly, it taught me how much I love home too! Simple advice - don't be afraid to meet people, get out and have fun. After a couple of weeks you'll forget how anxious you feel now! Have a good one! - S

The first time moving out is always hard. I was excited but I wasn't all that far from home. Once you get there everything changes and you feel settled, so I wouldn't worry about it. Good luck!

If you were going to choose one other city besides Liverpool, I would say Manchester. Make the most of it and you will have a great time... If not, you'll regret it! By the way, if you like curry - try some of the restaurants on the curry mile! Yummy! - S

As everyhing else in life, it has it advantages and disadvantages. The trick is to know how to enjoy at the most the advantages and ignore as much as you can the disadvantages. (I'm not one who should speak like that, though )
