Darkness creeps in
Sweat starts to drip down my brow
Tears jerking at my eyes
I'm starting to lose it!

Memories of you settle in
My head starts pounding
Why did you do that to me?
Why did you say those things?

I'm going insane with anger
Darkness is consuming my heart
A little more and more each day
You changed me!

I gave you all the trust I had inside
my heart and soul
I gave you all the Love I had
which you threw back in my face!

You will never be forgiven
You are dead to me now...

d4h, nice freestyle. This poem seems to carry emotion and closure. That's what I saw anyways. I don't think I got what you wanted the reader to get out of it.

Thanks a lot you two! Yea well i was heart broken by a girl and writng poems is just one way to show it off! Oh and btw me and S4H are like brothers!

Seriously, though; that was a very nice poem. I think it's pretty easy to decipher what you're "talking" about, and this comes from me; someone who's poetry knowledge is equal to 0 ^_^ ).

Very nice. I especially liked the 5th...er, stanza... O_O;;

I am impressed with the way you convey your anger in a poem. It's hard to keep it straight especially in a poem about a failed relationship. You did a good job with that. Keep up the good work. Hope it was therapeutic for you.
