My drug cartel is trying to sneak a shipment of drugs into the U.S. Me and my thugs (spiritslayer, BowevelJoe, Reid) and my daughter (Soul Angel) are currently awaiting the arrival of the cargo. The lover of my daughter (x157anz) is against the smuggling and tries to get Soul out of it. The cops (jenova_jeb) has received a tip about the exchange of cargo. But, an outsider (Fortune) is having her fun with this ordeal.

That's where we are.

Meanwhile, the cartel waits for the shipment, another soul is watching, no one knows he is there. He is a spy, that info will be sufficient for know. He watches from the top of the main building in the harbor, through binonculars and waits.
