What did you last buy?
Hello everybody, i am curious about what the last Anime DVD or VHS was that you brought, and also how much that you brought it for Hearing what you peeps have brought will give me inspiration on something to buy next, and the average price i should be paying.
Anyway, I just brought the Cowboy Bebop Perfect Sessions for £35, which is reasonable for all 26 eps of the series Hope to get some replies soon!

Plan on getting the Animatrix of amazon.co.uk soon which is major cheap at the moment. All 9 parts of it . Should satisfy my Matrix Obsession! For Now! |

I'd usually get at least one anime dvd each week. But sadly enough, i've been broke. Buying crap for graduation, and many other unexpected expedatures. Then came SSSnake's birthday come the 31st, and i'm getting him about $50 worth of PSX video games. So it'll be a while.
But the last anime i bought was Berserk vol 2. I'm planning on getting the rest real soon, and the sixth and final dvd comes out on the 27th. And i've seen all but the last episode on my friends computer, so i guess it can wait. But that was about three weeks ago. I feel so deprived.

Last box set I got was Gensomaden Saiyuki. I had the chance of watching a dubbed version of it (and I did watch part of it), but I wanted the non-dubbed version too. Which is a lot better, but not sure it was the best choice for spending my money anyway

Last DVD that i bought was Samurai X: Reflections. Since I've broken my ankle i haven't been working which leads to lack of money, which leads to me downloading anime off of kazaa.

Last boxset I bought was the Vision of Escaflowne complete set.
I've only watched the first episode, though. For some reason Hitomi really grinded my nerves... during the first (and only) 25 minutes of the show I watched Hopefull that'll change as the story progresses. I can't really remember correctly, but I think it was about 170$. Not too bad... I think. |

My last purchase was cowboy bebop best sessions and the DBZ super android 13 movie. Though I plan on buying the DVD boxed set for outlaw star in like a 2 days so that could pretty much be the most recent one. I want to get some EVA stuff too, but I haven't heard much about it and I don't know if i'll be able to relate to it.

I'm happy they brought this series over here since I have yet to see second season, since the fansub I got of it was so terrible, I couldn't see it. Now I'll have to wait a long time before 27-50 comes out.

The fact is I don't like much the characters of this anime (actually, my fave one is Cho Hakkai), and the villains in particular are pretty... hmmm... average? Some aspects of animation also bother me, like too much computer graphics. |

Last DVD i bought was ARGENTOSOMA volume one but i dont want to discuss the price, it hurts to talk about it.
The money i spent on that dvd was equivalent to the price of Metal gear solid and what would be a 10 dollar copy of Dino Crisis for psx. I suggest the dvd only if you like sci-fi and really personall story. The show has its own twists so, i like it, it wasnt a total waste. |

I just recently got "R.O.D" (Read or Die) for $22.99 at Best Buy. I hope it was worth it, there are only 3 episodes....
I also got, "The Big-O Second Season" boxset containing only the 1st episode. It was pretty pricey ($45.00 for only a box and 1 DVD) but they included a special gift...
