MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Authorities say a 13-year-old boy walked into Pepper's News Stand the morning of July 16 and stood at the counter staring at the magazines.

When store manager Ellie Masters asked him if she could help, the teen drew a .25-caliber pistol and pointed it at her. He then demanded an adult publication from the top shelf.

Masters handed the magazine over and then called police. The boy was arrested just moments later two blocks away.

The young Hustler rustler, who has not been identified, was charged with wanton endangerment, possession of a deadly weapon, and brandishing, according to Berkeley County authorities.

He also faces a charge of providing false information after he initially gave police a yellow squirt gun when asked to hand over the weapon used in the incident.

I really hope various unpleasant things happen to this child. I doubt any experience will make him smarter, but maybe getting beaten to a pulp a few times will make it so that he doesn't turn to violence quite so quickly.

You don't know why did he do that, so you should not be willing him illness of any kind. That kid most have some serious problems in his life to get to such a low state of mind. Probably no one loves him, and probably his family is in ruin or something. Yet he could be a stupid little rich boy who wants to do something "new" or "Exciting"

But he definitely's got to have some problems to have been able to do something so stupid.
