Its not a case of Stealth Games getting worse, its a case of them simply not getting better. Evolving. They're essentially the same as they were 5 years ago, except that I've now had 5 years of being stealthy in pratically every single game. all FPS seem to employ stealth, nearly as much as all FPS mods seem to try and clone the Counter Strike formula, which is also quickly ageing. Its of course an opinion, and games like Splinter Cell and MGS2 are that bit better, but Stealth is in serious danger of becomming "old hat" so to speak.

As for not having an X-Box, i look through the library of every games console, and I see the selection of XBox games. the trouble is, I already have a PS2 and a PC, and despite a good range of games, its a good range of games that is also on the PC and PS2, which I already own and play on far more. In its favour, i'd far rather have an XBox than a PS2. The trouble is that I don't need both, and I already have a PS2. I also hear frequently how Halo is the best thing since sliced bread, yet it seems that no other XBox exclusive game has ever been considered truely "Triple A". And I was also born with patience that allowed me to wait for the PC version of Halo

I play every system because I love to play games both new and old. Right now my next gen systems are getting the most use. But I do enjoy DC for Soul Calibur.
