what is ur favorite summon/ gf

Out of all the final fantays i would have to say my favorite summon would have to be jo jimbo from final fantasy X. what do u think

its all about anima from FFX and the tonberry king form FF8, but my g/f thinks FF7's choco/mog summon is best

uhm... anyways, my fave is probably cactuar at this moment in time. it's cute and doesn't take up a coffee break amount of time to actually do it's thing

I think Odin or the Knights of the Round from FF7 are the best.

Was the Ninja guy from FFX Jo Jimba? Whatever his name it was a cool summon.

I prefer longer summons so...It doesn't matter to me. I think they should make 2 version of every summon, one short one long and give you the option as to which you want.

Yeah. So if you ever want to see the long version all you have to do is adjust the options. Thanks for the name.

They have that in FFIX, well sorta anyway. All you have to do it get the "Boost" ability on Dagger and Eiko and it gives you long summons, if you want short just dont put it on. In FFX I was pretty sure there was an option to get the full video sequence for the summons and to shorten them...

You're right Big Dude, however Boost also does something else.

When an Eidolon attacks, it's power is determined by the animation. For short animations, attack power is reduced - but for full animations obviously you get full power. So whilst Boost is used to show the full animation every time - it's really to enable full strength attacks from eidolons.

Shiva has ALWAYS been my favorite FF summon character! She's the only girl summon that has been in almost all FF's. . which insn't surprising because she rocks!

Bahumuts pretty cool too

Yeah, she's only second on my list because they could have made her change as much as Bahamut has through out the series' history. I loved the way she turned out in FFX.
