Venus passes across the face of the Sun today...
The last transit of Venus was in 1882 - so no one alive has seen this rare event!!

If your in the uk, I think they are showing it on BBC1,
But they are also showing it online:

You can see where the transit is visable on this map..

Did anyone watch it?
I watched it on tv and had a look at it through binoculars.. I used them to project the image into card.
It was pretty cool.
They showed images of it live from Egypt aswell.
At least now I can say i've seen it.
