What a predictable person I am! I told you I was going to post another one of this kind, and here it is. This one was much more simple to make. Hope to you it doesn't look as bad as it looks to me

Waaah! Violet wallpaper! Very nice!

I like the division of the image in two parts, one for the "mechanical" Joe and one for the "human" Joe. It fits the character so well!

Its got some nice ideas, but I don't like it as much as the last... its still pretty nice though

- good use of pixelation and fonts. the colour suits it pretty well also, and yup the division is a great idea. In a way, I guess there just not "enough going on"... the last one had more "spam" in it... no thats not a technical term now is it?

... oh and I don't disagree with the choice of starting image

Yes, in the other one there was much more going on, as you said artist

But since I didn't want to create a "crowded" image as the last one, I made this wallpaper more simple and especially, smaller, speaking of number of bytes

There were more details in this pic, especially in the background, while the other one was only a close up of the face, that could be considered boring, for a wallpaper, if you don't add anything else, no? Atill, the reasons you gave are the ones I don't like this work much either ( even if, I repeat, it's good to make some simple wallpapers to not hurt your eyes all the time ^^;; ), maybe because it required less time than the other one too.

I actually like it better than the other one!

The colour is more vibrant and not so pale. (I like strong colours!) And the whole thing with the mechanical and real... very nice! I guess I also like it because it is simple and... well... just neat!! Nicely done!!!
