50 hours? I don't see how anyone can beat the game in about 50 hours it took me over 80 hours toget through it(maybe just over 68 hours, I can't really remember)

It is probably quite easy to beat it in 50 hours if you just go through. The actual storyline of FF10 isn't a particuraly hard one to battle through, and too much of that 50 hours is spent walking the various highroads. I only said 50hrs beacuse I didn't want to sound like I hated the game too much

Yeah you're tellin me...although I'm still playin FFVI and I've yet to decide whether or not Shadow is going to be on my top list of characters...but overall he's really cool and quite strong...I just hate how the game makes it so easy for you to lose him...

part of the reason I like Shadow is his "ta ta, i've earned my pay" attitude and how he turns it round by trying to save you... you just have to make sure you wait around to save him ^_^ (plus his past is pretty cool

It can probably be beaten in less than 50 to be honest, personally it took me 52 hours to go through it and then I proceeded to load up my last save and finish the rest of the side events.

Reason I say less than 50 hours is because the last boss is easy really, it doesnt need any training up for and seeing as there is a nice save point at the end so it allows you to quickly complete it AND THEN go back and get all the celestial weapons and such.

Just my thoughts.
