Anyone who can tell me how do you gat a picture beside your name.I tried going back to edit my details but it says im not Vinny10. I'd say im the only one one the forum who hasn't one.

go to "MY CP", then "edit option", click on "chage avatar".

The selection isn't great because after 50 posts you can use a custom avatar
