I saw the first 3 eps today...got 3 more before I have to give back this DVD...anyone else seen it? It's quite good, but I'm more of a Gundam guy

I didn't even watch them all. I'm going to try to find the original Macross, not the "Robotech" version.

Who told you the battles weren't good? I heard it has some of the best battles in mecha anime...
