That's a competative price-point there, and backwards compatability is great news. If the software looks good enough, I'll consider getting one...

$149 is around £90.
To be honest, I'm happy with my GBA SP, this would have to be something VERY special for me to buy one. Two screens won't cut it on it's own.

Nintendo had a special thing with the Game Boy, has a good thing with the GBA and SP, and has pretty much filled the needs of the handheld market. But, seeing as its easily their largest money maker, its certainly no surprise that they are milking the market tremendously. With the PS handheld somewhere out there im sure many will hold off immediately buying this, and even then since there have been two handhelds from Nintendo in the past three years dont expect a land rush to grab this one. That being said, there are always those who must rush off and buy something just to say they have it. To those, and to anyone else, have fun, im still playing Tetris on my GBA and enjoy it, and will hang with it...

DS looks great. Hopefully I can get one for Christmas and if not Christmas, soon after then. Go Nintendo.
