GTA: VC - Won't Save

I was messing about with some cheats this morning and I got quite a few packages, when I went to the Hyman Condo to save the game it says, "One or more chetas have been activated, it is not reccommended that you save the game", not wanting to **** the game or memory card up I left it, I have played about with cheats before and when I went to save it, it has done so perfectly fine, anyone had this trouble before and know what to do?

well u should not have cheat, u spoil a gr8 game!

nope and that ****s up your memory card so u have to start again!

PA, it doesn't mess up your memory card or anything. They just say that because you cheated and they wanted you to feel like an ass for doing it. You can go ahead and save it. Did the same to me once....it does it with even the smallest cheats

I know there are some cheats that once activated, can't be turned off. It might be a warning saying you'll be stuck with them if you save.

1) How can it be spoiling a game when I was just pissing around in a tank then came across a couple packages and went to save it.

2) Yet again you speak utter bullshit, taking my mate's and Suzuki's advice I saved it and my game and meory card are both operating perfectly.

ok dont take my advice, u never said how u was cheating in the game in a mission or messing around, so think b4 u say it!

DON"T use those cheats!!! They mess up your gameplay! Once you've activated those cheats, you can't turn them off again!!! You are busted this time. BTW, the cheats won't affect your saves.

IT DOES!! my cousin and my friend both cheated and they the resulted on my cousin buying a new memory card and my friend starting a new game! dont say cheats dont mess the game up because i know what rockstars do with there games! and another example they said if u cheat u can not get 100% it will be 99.99% forever! untill u start a new game!
cheating does not ALWAYS mess up your save it can happen and cant, but in this case it did!

cheating does not ALWAYS mess up your save it can happen and cant, but in this case it did!

99.99% instead of 100% is really no biggy...Why are you making a big deal outta it? As long as you know that you've beat the game, then nothing matters.

All it is, is a warning to tell you when you save the game every cheat will be deleated. Oh yeah, I always cheat and save but it does affect your game that you have saved it will make glitches in it and make graphics slightly worse from time to time. But if you dont load the saved game it will run just fine.

When I cheated, I went to go get all the packages.....3 of them disapeared....plus, if you use cheats...u cant get the Hunter....and that would SUCK!!

not true, u can do "keep your firends close" mission and after that the hunter is in the army base!

OK here are the straight facts... argue and you know where to go!!!

1 - Saving a game with some cheats will save the cheats onto the save.

2 - If you cheat you will only be able to get 99.99%

3 - If you cheat your a lamer.

4 - Some cheats do destroy saves and inb worst case mess up your memory card.

5 - Cheats are there to have fun when youre not seruius on finishing the game properley.
