I'm trying to get the last item to unlock it and I've been doin the cactar side quest.

I'm up to the second to last one and it says he's out to a journey. I checked and the book tells me he's onboard the ship when you go out to it's deck. HE'S NOT THERE!!!!
Did my game f%$^ up or what. I don't understand!
I beat the game already but I just play it again just for the sidequests.

help!

You have to find him near the oasis first. when you find him, he`ll run to the save point and warp up to the top of the ship.
so just go back to where the oasis is, and find him. he`s in that level.
you may have to walk up one level and then walk back. not sure though...
