Nintendo Resumes Production of GameCube

When Nintendo halted production of the Cube, many sources assumed the worst for the console; however, it's still not clear just how large the backlog of units that had built up at the company's warehouses was, so it's hard to say how seriously the console maker were pressured into taking this decision.

I think this is damn good news. Shows that the GC is finally picking up and selling.

Oh it is very good news, the only thing is that now that Nintendo is selling consoles again will we see developers take advantage and develop some damn good games for the system.

Well... Nintendo has some very good games coming for it, or they are already here... list of a very interesting few:

1. Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
2. Mario Party 5
3. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (Multiplayer FF?! Where do I sign up?!!)
4. The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords (I personally can't wait for this one)
5. Pikmin 2
6. Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes (Another one I'm eagerly awaiting. So what if Konami didn't make it? Kojima himself is personally overseeing the production of the game)

Looks like a good year so far... not to mention all the unconfirmed games in production (Donkey Konga, Perfect Dark, etc).

Yeah its good news for me i havent played my cube in awhile though *not many games have been released recently have caught my eye but that will change* im personally waiting for geist (it's going to be a complete original fps for GC check it out on a gamesite the game looks very interesting) and mario kart double dash......ah this brings back very fond memories

Im not the biggest Nintendo fan in thw world but its good to see them keeping thier heads above water untill they can release a kick ass next gen system in 06'. Atleast I hope it will be kick ass, unlike that weak ass 99$ Game Cube
