. Hopefully they put a lot of innovation in gameplay and switch up the story a tad.. well not too much w/ the story... i like it a lot

Its not that nobody posts on this thread, because its not good or anything. If any news come up on RE4. I am pretty sure it will be used......... when I saw you posted here, I though you had something new about the game.....or something.

Can't wait for the next RE. Too bad you have to be Leon. I think this series really needs some new characters. I'm glad to hear they're actually trying to make this game scary again, something that seemed missing to me in a lot of the RE titles.

I like Leon. But i feel the same as you..well RE2 i got admit was scary...very.
Looks like everygame that Leon stars in is hell scary..exept for maybe gaiden.

Can't wait for RE4. However, they could've done without Leon. I couldn't stand him in RE2 and now I'm even more mad at him because of him jacking Squall's jacket.

I dont know why noone likes Leon. I like leon, the dude is amazing..but the fact he looks like some Leonardo D'caprio from titanic just lowers me down a bit. But overall, hes the Blond hero who i just cant get enough of when im playing.
Claire had nice...physics but Leon was always cool.
Thanks omni, you made me notice something that i can say was hauting me (the jacket) having owned both FF8 and RE2 (which i still do...beat RE2 today! what a coincidence) i dont know how i didnt realize this.
I would laugh if he later in the game aquired some kind of sword and then he combined it to be a gun?

That'll just be pushing it.
Getting a sword alone would make him look like the casual version of Dante.

With Capcom losing their originality day by day, I truly wouldn't be surprised if they gave him a sword.

I agree. There are games from the past that really spell CAPCOM because of the amazing style...but now, its just different. I think its about graphics and gameplay for capcom nowadays.

Oh yeah, the Megaman games where the greatest! seriously i started playing one and couldnt stop.
Capcom came up with a new one marking another decade or something, but again...capcom has made the lead cahracter more of a boy than a megaMAN.

And then they're going to make a Tyrant that has big, friendly anime eyes, and sides with Leon in his search to rid the world of the T-Virus. That game's going to be rated E.

I think resident evil lost its taste after the movie...which i havent watched but it seemed to be the turning point of the series.
Anyway as for re4 ?(i liked that Retarded E thing

clever) i think the story is just old...isnt that what every other re character wanted to do? if it wasnt survive from the t-virus it was to save the world from the t-virus...
But whats the point...after re4 is done, some other dude is going to come and overrun the city with "hideous mutations" and "zombies, spiders, mutant dogs" and at the end is some boss which after you beat, it still leaves you like "damn it theres going to be ANOTHER RE with the same story".
Im sad that it had to end like this...i liked RE1, 2 and 3...i like CODE VERONICA X and i cant get enough of RE 0 which is why im looking forward to it.
I dont know though anymore....i shoulds stick with RE0 as my fave of all time (from a console i dont own).
RE2, 3 being the best i DO own...and perhaps RE1.
