Virus: Virus Buster Serge

Has anyone here actually seen this series? I'v seen a trailer for it on one of my dvds and thought it looked pretty nifty. From the vary limited serching around I did on the net... it appears to have been relaced 1996-97, and according to dvds I've found, they were realaced 2002-03. Also, I being one of those "hard-core" amv'ers, I spend a lot of time at animemusicvideos.org. So I did a search there to see if there were any videos at all to this anime, and found there are absolutly no videos catologed there with Virus Buster Serge as the anime.
So by now I'm guessing it wasn't a vary widly known anime. If anyone has seen it, what are your thoughts on this anime? Worth buying or not?

I just read a summary of it and it sounds pretty interesting nii. Hong Kong in 2097 with a virus that infects things nii. I just may have to look up some more on it now nii. ^_^ nii
