As I said before. I haven't seen the anime yet. For the past few days I've been downloading the mangas. I must say I'm pretty addicted now. Seeing as I want to know what happens next. Anyway. My question to you Mad. Where did you get your animes from? Because I'm trying to find a site that sells imported animes, but haven't came across a site yet. To anyone else. If I were to buy these imported dvd's. Should I continue to download the mangas? I won't bother trying to download the episodes online seeing that I don't have the time for that.

are you up to date with the manga?
if you are, and you havent yet seen the anime, lemme just warn you- people who read the manga somehow manage to complain about the anime counterpart....and its not me, I read the manga for just passed the Chunnin exam plot but I stopped and stuck to the anime. Why? Well, they sometimes have things, small minor things, that the other doesnt examples from anime to manga-the episode where Lee blows kisses...he blows a dozen and she dodges them...the manga he just blew one, but it was a hilarious moment in the anime the manga to anime, the manga is much more detailed with more gore and some characters are drawn better crap...ill be back to tell you the rest lol |

Sorry, couldn't edit, and I also misread it big time.
I'm on Volume 14, chapter 123.

mmhmm I see
well you know what part I'm talkin about with Lee, minor things that Ive seen some manga heads complain about characters are drawn so consistent in the manga as apposed to the anime which has some bad days (booooooooooooo!) and just some ridiculousley awesome poop-all-over-the-manga episodes like some of the major fights as for the question about where I bought my episodes, thhis is the boxset I bought but its not on sale anymore, I believe and thats the site but if you read my post from before, STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY THAT SUBBED THE VERSION I HAVE....BAD BAD SUBBING. Makes me regret sorta not researchin which company does better translations, but I didnt know a company would even put out something so shoddily done. It clears up around mid way through the boxset with some good subbing but good isnt good enough perfection is key Ive seen it ebay, and believe it or not, most of those people have osme legit ones, unopened and totally worth it. Only try to buy from those with big setups from alot of different types of anime, the ones that state its "unopened" and make sure you check who is subbing the damn thing as well, paying attention to some comments people leave behidn is good as well so in recap if you wanna keep the manag d/l'in while you buy the eps then you should. You'll be ahead of the anime but it seems like the anime is catching up pretty quickly. Unless the anime takes a break or puts in big filler eps not found in the manga (which its done with 6-7 eps already), the show will catch up to the manga but thats un heard of and if you want to buy the anime just look around, but avoid bad subbing. Quality is important |

Revives thread yet again. (I have a nasty habit don't I)
Uhh... Maybe I should make a new thread for this question.... "shrugs" Anyways. I just recently finished reading chapter 267 of the manga. And it gets me wondering.... What are the other kyuubi's? (sp?) And do you know if they're going to get to those that're possessed (I don't really want to use that word, but it's 4:35 a.m) anytime soon? Probably a spoiler question as well. Sorry. (In theory, I could probably say that the Akasuki leader already has them... "shrugs")

If you look at the statue used to extract Gaara's Shukaku, there are two eyes which have a dot in them, which would lead you to believe that they are storing the bijuus in that statue. In chapter 266, Deidara admits to Naruto that Akatsuki has already killed two jinchuuriki, hence the two dots in the 9 eyes. With Gaara's Shukaku, that would make three. Chiyo-baa-sama said in an earlier chapter that there are 9 in total, so with the 3 Akatsuki has + Naruto's kyuubi, that means there are 5 other bijuu left in the world of Naruto. Whether they are all sealed within jinchuuriki or just roaming the planet a la Kyuubi before the 4th sealed him in Naruto, is still unknown.
Also, it would seem that Akatsuki is collecting the bijuu to make themselves jinchuuriki, hence nine members of Akatsuki and one bijuu for each member. But, why store them in that statue? Perhaps they are waiting until they have all nine before sealing them inside themselves so that a member doesn't leave while they are still getting the jinchuuriki? Or maybe they want to collect all nine and summon all-powerful from that statue, like a super-bijuu or something. I suppose we'll find out when more members are revealed, but until then, we can safely say that none of the members are currently a jinchuuriki. And you can look up Japanese mythology to find out what all the other bijuu are, which is where Kisimoto got the idea for them. |
