I've just started to read Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, and so far it's not as interesting as i was hoping.

Just finished Eclipse, the 3rd book of the Twilight series, i became addicted to the saga actually, after the first i couldn't stop until i read all 3, and now i can't wait for the last one, Breaking Dawn... it didn't seem interesting in the begining, but after a few pages i found myself unable to stop reading, i don't know i guess you have to be into the whole fantasy/vampire/werewolf/romance kind of thing to enjoy it... but i loved it. So now i have no idea of what i'm going to read, i've been wanting to read Night by Elie Wiesel... so maybe i'll do that.

Reading nothing, but I'd like some good book suggestion. I'm out of inspiration lately, but I crave a book. A good book.

I guess you could technically say World War Z. I let a friend borrow though because she's even more into zombie related stuff then I am. I have no idea if she's finished though. I should get it back and continue it.

I'm afraid I've started reading too many books at the same time, most of them are not pieces of cake, too
![]() Currently reading Naipaul's The Night watchman's Occurrence Book, de Beauvoir's The Mandarins and Kierkegaard's Aut-Aut. Thanks god I haven't found that Kant's book I was looking for... ![]() |

I'm jumping books at the moment (the list of unfinished books I have is infinite) so I'm currently reading Stalin's Ghost by Martin Cruz Smith. It's not a political nonfiction but a thriller/mystery fiction instead (I tend to gravitate towards mysteries/thrillers more than anything else I'm afraid). So far it's pretty intriguing with some sharp, witty writing...I like it! I hope I can stay with it to the end without letting some of my other books (recently bought The Art Thief by Noah Charney and The Castle by Franz Kafka) lead me astray.

I've noticed that too, but I know nothing. Time ago she was talking about moving somewhere else, so maybe she really moved and she couldn't come because of that for several reasons
![]() Let's hope everything's ok with her ![]() |

Finished Marley and Me, it was a quick and easy read. Haven't seen the movie and I refuse to!

Movies based on recent books are most of the times only made for money purposes, not artistic or whatever. They can even end ruining the book for you, sometimes. I think it's wise to avoid it if you can. Unless it's a very reliable project and there's serious proof it is.

I'm nearly done with Hemingway's Green Hills of Africa. I find it hard to place it anywhere, as other works of Hemingway as well. My reading sould is split in two

Started Suna no onna (The woman in the dunes) by Abe Kobo last night, and I'm going too fast with it and will finish it today because I like it a lot.

I finally hope to start "Also sprach zarathustra" very shortly, now busy in some old stories by mr. Poe. Always a great read!
