Eva is a series that for its own nature and style is supposed to end in that way. No clear explanations (you don't have them during the series, why do they have to make a sequel to explain it better?), no possibilities to put the main characters in another series. What the new series would be about then?

The series is very implicit itself, but not necessarily "unclear" You have to think about what's going on and analyze the situation to understand what's going on.

But I believe that if a new series was to be made, it could show that "new world" that Shinji created. To show what happened next. It would probably be absolute boredom, but what do I know, good writers usually come up with something we would not even imagine. My creativity is very limited, so I wouldn't know what the next series would be.

But oh well, I'm not arguing about that. I'm content with the series ended that way.

I just like to be open minded and always consider possibilities.

Episode 25 and 26 are a some sort of movie called The End Of Evangelion.

Then there is a real movie, separate DVD/VHS, called 'Death And Rebirth' and that movie is about....what??

Is it more explanation, is it worth buying. Or is it just Episode 25 and 26 separate on a dvd...

Don't take my word for sure, but I think that Death and Rebirth is a single movie which contains the two last chapters

I know htere's annother movie out there for Evangelion, I don't know if it's like an OAV or what the hell it is.




EDIT: Ok, the other day I saw the whole DVD collection in suncoast for 160 dollars.

Is that price worth buying it? Seems a little bit high to me (and to know that I had it recorded in VHS but some dumbass I lend it them to screwed one of them so I have only half of the chapters )

But still at that price seems pretty tempting to me.... but ugh.... 160.... I wanna buy an XBox as well in the next couple of weeks, and I ain't rich
