Celebrating Fortune's Narcissism
Here are three digital self-portraits.
Done with the help of a webcam and Adobe Photoshop 7. For my own thirst of self-celebration https://www.demigod.nu/images/violet-pu.jpg https://www.demigod.nu/images/blue-pu.jpg https://www.demigod.nu/images/green-pu.jpg Since, as I've said above, they're all self-portraits, I'm particularly jealous of these pictures: please, don't use, link and/or post them outside the PS2Fantasy Gallery! Thanks! |

To be only a webcam, it seems the photos are pretty good, speaking of quality. But maybe it's the cool editing to make them look so smooth... I used to own a webcam, but the quality of the shots was terribly poor... That's why I hate them and I'm not going to buy a new one

The webcam is not that good. The editing was enough to make the images look a bit better.

Those webcams are stupid, especially when you just have dial-up for the internet! Well, good work!

Whoa, Fortune... your skill is really impressive ! All of your arworks are always excellent, and this is no exception !
Really, you are too pretty These images are really, really great. Especially for having used a webcam. All the webcams always seem like crap. -_- Again, they're great. The second one is so... pretty. You look a celebrety ! |

Very nice Fortune. I like the placement of the pictures...and it doesn't even look like you used a webcam. O_O All 3 are so pretty, but I'd have to say that the second one is my favorite. I like the colors...very dark, mysterious... Plus, I like how you used Deus ex Machina.

Ahah, thanks for the comments! In reality, it's not that I'm so in love with me or with my webcam to decide to use my face like that. Well, in fact I know where this hate against webcams comes from... They're tricky little objects which are never very polite enough to help you when you need it!
I have another one, but this is not for weak stomachs (well, just kidding...). Murder? It's a sort of joke. Boredom is a dangerous thing sometimes... |

My favorite is probably the first... I like the colour and the angle just rocks... plus it makes you look pretty... too pretty anyways, have you ever considered designing covers etc. as a career? you'd be pretty damned good at it! (assuming that you don't already... i'm not exactly sure what you do for a living!)

Your "Murder?" kinda reminds me of Silent Hill's style of graphics.
... or am I just plain crazy ? |

Well, actually, with the murder one, I was only trying to give the impression of something antique and dusty, something similar to one of those old photos from the beginning of the XX century. It seems that a bit of dust nowadays automatically reminds people of Silent Hill But it's good, because Silent Hill is indeed an excellent example of rusty&dusty style...
Artist: yes, when I was younger I wanted to make albums' covers and collages among the other things. At the moment, I do it only for pleasure ( I'm still a student, I don't have a proper work ), but who knows, maybe in the future... |

I agree with the things that have been said about you looking like a star. I think the second one would look beyt as an album cover, you look good.

Ooh Fortune, the "Murder" pic reminds me of that game "Shadow of Destiny" and a little bit of "Silent Hill". Great job!

No problem Zoox As you can see, that V-Brush main page has also many links to other brush sites. It's really useful!
Meryl, ohhh thanks for comparing the last image to Shadow of Destiny's style! That's a great compliment for me |
