my friends keep on pestering me that you can find sephoroth(god help me if I spelled that wrong)dolls in the game and once you collect them all vincint can supposally use sephoroth's sword. Does anyone know of this.

Never heard anythin gof this. It's probably another rumor. As far as i know there were only the 3/5 soldiers(I hope this is right) and not ones of Sephiroth(don't worry about how you spelled it I understood, there was a thread on this stuff in these parentheses).

If you get all soilders- 3/5, I was told that you can play a Septh in place of Cloud.


Septh's sword can be obtained in the gold saucer roller coaster game.

The 1/35th Soldier models are useless - they server no purpose whatsoever.

You can get a replica of Sephiroth's Masamune Blade from Gold Saucer, but you cannot equip it to any character - especially not Vincent considering he uses guns.

It is not possible to have Sephiroth as a playable character either, unless you use a cheat cartridge, but all it does is show Sephiroth's character in your team.

Rumours like this have been flying around ever since FFVII was released - 6 years ago!!! Everything in the game that is there via normal gameplay means is known about. There are some good FAQ's out there that answer question like these.

You have to collect 35 of them first off. then go to there I could only use it in the final battle though. With reminds me has anyone heard that you can get the plane in place of the highwind. I heard its very possible and it actually flys too. and one more thing there is an item at the first town you go to after you leave midgar. There is an item in a cupord but it is says to high to reach. does anyone know how to get this item or am i just wasteing my time trying to get it.

Allow me to reiterate - the 1/35th Soldiers are pointless and serve no purpose within the game!

As for the plane rumour, the only plane available is the 'Little Bronco' - and that does not remain a plane for very long....

Sheesh - a game that is 6 years old and people still ask about rumours! lol....

Well, if you did that then maybe you should inform all the FAQ writers at GameFaqs because not one FAQ says the 1/35th Soldiers have any use at all...

you can get about like three in shinra's town and you can win the rest by winning at gold saucers speed game. And yes spank-a-thon i will inform them since they have not completed that.

ok I i found out why i thought i used them in the battle heres what square just emailed me.

If you get all 12 of the 1/35 soldier items, you won't have to pay
any money in the Fort Condor battles.
You can get a couple of them in Junon, and win the rest in the
Gold Saucer, at the Speed Square.

So you dont use them, they just make you not have to pay money thats why it seemed like i used them. But you can still use them.

hey its true. Square never tells a lie since they make the game I also found other things out like. Cloud doesnt exist in VIII. And The chocobo's colors you see in the race you cant get. So artist it is in other faqs(good ones) to I checked!

Just out of interest could you post a link to these FAQs. If they're more complete than the ones on GameFaqs or FFOnline then I would like to see them...

And which Square did you email? Square Japan, Square USA or Square Europe? In fact, why don't you post your email from Square on here too! I'm sure loads of people would love to see it!
