It was about time that someone came up with something to shout at Square Europe with, and 4700 signatures is already a fair bit of weight. Thnaks for pointing this out to us Harry, as I definatly wanted to be part of it. I just hope it works (have faith!!!), because I doubt Square Europe are capable of doing 100% of the things on that list...

I'm sure Akamie will be glad to hear about this.
I think it is a good idea to let Square know about the work that SE has done. maybe this will get them to work harder, or get brand new staff in. |

Well that's 4745 signatures now.

Let's hope the petition goes well enough to change something in our crappy situation of FF (and Square in general) players

There are lots of people from Europe in these forums. I'm from Canada but ill sign it anyways. I think you Europeans deserve the same as the American guys (European sounds just like your a peeing lol).

I just checked the petition page. There is now a whopping 14594 names on the list. That's pretty damn impressive

I assume by Signatures you are reffering to the pictures and words under everyone's posts? This thread has nothing to do with them, but if you post in the Help and FAQ forum: https://www.ps2fantasy.com/forums/for...p?s=&forumid=7 , someone may be able to help you. As for what this thread is actually about, it is a petition someone has made that will be sent to Square-Enix-Europe. The European "situation" is discussed in the PS2Fantasy news article: https://www.ps2fantasy.com/scripts/si...4063488,66603, , but in short, the European versions of Squaresoft games (Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, SaGa etc.) are inferior to the American Versions (the look and play worse, due to the fact that our TVs are different). Also, many Squaresoft games that have been released in America have never been released in Europe, meaning they've never had the chance to play games like FF Tactics. "Signature" in this sense is effectively just putting your name down on the list - when it is given to Square Enix Europe, they're supposed to go "Oh My! There are so many names on this list. We must try harder to meet the targets that they've suggested!". In practice, it'll probably be ignored, but we can only try.

Petition has ended, with over 16,000 signatures. Amazing result, let me say. André is waiting for an official answer from Square Enix.
