Not really sure where to ask this but here we go.
It's not really that important, but it's just been in my mind for the longest.

The voice actors that plays Spike (Cowboy Bebop) and Solid Snake. Are they the same person? I did a search, and saw on a show called Icons that David Hayter is the guy from Guyver 2...

I also did a search for Steven Jay Blum and David Lucas.... I don't know which one is this guy's real name, but I heard he goes by alot of names. Anyway I didn't get the same results, but I did hear that the picture was not him.

As I said, it's not really important, just mind boggling since they sound very much alike.

Edit: so to summarise, David Hayter doesn't play Spike in CB, Steven Jay Blum does. Steven Jay Blum is also apparently not the same person as David Lucas.

From my information in the past, David Lucas and Steven Jay Blume are the same person (I think Lucas is the real name and perhaps Blume is just an alias). But, from artist's post, now I'm not really sure...

A fun fact: a few years ago when Toonami starting airing on Cartoon Network, there was this little robot dude all dressed in blue and stuff who announces the next show. The voice for the little robot was also David Lucas....

...And another fact: David Lucas also did the voice for Roger Smith in The Big O. I must say I prefer his Roger voice over his Spike voice.

EDIT: I had no idea that David Hayter did the voice for Tamahome in Fushigi Yuugi!! That's so amazing...you learn something new everyday.

Indeed you do. I didn't know David Hayter directed X-men 2 as TtTackler pointed out.

I also heard David Lucas was the voice of Wolverine in X-men Legends.... (I haven't played it yet though)
