19 million?! Where did you get this number from? I've been searching the net and the only estimate I found was that it barely pushed 10 million in certain parts of the game. In fact, the most prevolent news I found about MGS2 is the fact that the developer thought the ps2 didn't have enough power for what it was dealing with.
