This includes: The Malibu Nightclub The Printing Works Sunshine Autos Mr Whippy's Ice Cream The Pole Position Strip Club The Taxi Firm Complete the missions for each (you won't need them all done, but do them to be on the safe side) and you'll gain access to the last few missions.
