And Zidane is very much certainly the main character. Comparativly, you probably spend as much time playing as Tifa and Cid as you do Garnet, and the fact that for 95% of the rest of the game, you'll be forced into having Zidane in your party kind of hints at the fact that he's your main character. like it or not.
