ok this is the first time I have ever done anything like this. normally I keep my stuff to myself.. no-one has ever seen stuff I've written, not even family so Im pretty nervous putting this up here...

ok here goes.. this is just soemthing that flowed out of my brain when I was sitting here.. its kinda how I feel lately.

Its late now but my mind still ticks,
kept here, im stuck, no chance to escape
I want to sleep, to rest, to dream.
Let go of worries, thoughts and pain,
To live a new life of hope and joy
but still im here awake, still void

I feel the weight upon my eyelids
but my eyes cease to close
The heavyness in my head closing in
I wait for morning to come
to break this spell
to shake me into life
but day comes and goes
and I am back here again.
