Oh man, that frickin' sucks. Wow, I'm really pissed off at this...this is precisely why I have never bought from EBgames...they really are a bunch of pricks and I've never liked them.

I'm sorry to hear about this but I don't know what else you can do. I have a feeling you won't even hear from the district manager either because, frankly, they are so huge and everyone buys from them that filing a complaint was probably pointless to begin with. Let us know what happens.
