The big mystery has come to an end, well sort of anyway. I didn't figure out why this glitch happened, but I went to the n.p. mall to the gash and lo and behold the owner was there for me to rob, thank god! I don't know where he disappeared to all that time, probably smokin a bone out in the parking lot, but now I can stop worrying about not being able to complete 100 %. Yay!!!!!
By the way, who voted this thread 5 stars ???? I may never know but thank you to whoever you are, I feel so special now.
