That's nice she's making a comeback although I honestly have to say it wouldn't matter to me either way: I could've lived with or without her. But yeah, it's cool she's back, I think it makes sense with this being the final game for Snake's saga and the whole full-circle tie-in to MGS (at least that's my speculation).
