The trailer was pretty cool. It really gave a look at how the game will play. The lighting effecs look amazing and I really like how realistic some of the textures look - especially when Snake uses the camo. Though there are some questions I have about some of the gameplay mechanics, I'm sure it'll all be revealed in due time.
