Hey, that's cool, I can understand that. To be honest, I was like that before too. I used to like watching dubs because I was too lazy to read the subtitles...but then I started to watch some really awful dubbing and it just started to get to me. So, that's why I "converted".

And if the main character is too much of a pretty boy or too much of a blockhead or too dumb (You get my point) then I wont watch it.

If the main character is visually a pretty boy, but is not so much so, then I don't have such a problem. But, if the guy is a real complete wuss or, like you said, a blockhead I would get really irritated. Or just any character that's dumb or ditzy. That's why I don't think I'll ever watch Love Hina or anything like that.
