Zombies + Cackling inducing violence + Putting silly masks on zombies heads + Making them slip and fall on cooking oil (play Benny Hill’s Yakkity Yak for greater effect) + Good story mode + Tons of unlockables + Zombies again.= Win.


I fully beat it this morning (72 hour mode and Overtime mode included.) and it's my favorite 360 game at the present time, Condemned: Criminal Origins use to have that spot but now DR just blew it away. It's one of the better games I have played in a long time that I loved from start to finish and could play over and over again, sort of how I play Freedom Fighters every six months. I can see myself playing this game constantly for a while and then coming back to it every so often just for the sake of smashing a zombie in the dome with a lead pipe. Until the better games come along this year, Dead Rising is without a doubt already my GOTY. The concept, gameplay, story, characters, grim setting yet still being light hearted in a way just pretty much everything about this game I love. The way the save system is done and human survivor AI are the only down points everything else I love from top to bottom, I honestly can't say enough about this game.
