I'm sorry Carlito, I haven't read this manga (and I haven't seen it at bookstores, American or Japanese, either). But it appears the manga is quite good since a majority of people over at Anime News Network have rated it as "Excellent" and various sites I checked out have given it around 7 or 8 out of 10. This series is categorized as mature since its themes are horror and psychological and is supposed to be geared towards older men (listed under seinen or "mature male audience"), so you won't find any of the comedy or youthfulness of teenage boy mangas.
