They have really improved the series giving it a more 'GTA" feel to it. Cars handle better, and don't have those "random" physics like in Driv3r (You know...the ol hit a jump, land on your roof deal). They also can be upgraded and stored in your garage. The only thing I dislike is the auto aim, which will target a ped across the street when a cop is shooting you to your left. There is a manual aim which does compensate a lot for it. Graphics are beautiful (for 5 year old hardware) and the frame rate is smooth. Personally I really enjoy it.
