righty... FFIII was scheduled for release on the Wonderswan Colour (like FF1,2 and 4), but as Square have supposedly left Bandai for dead, the WSC version was reportedly shifted to the GBA (which would potentially mean it would get here - outside japan - eventually)... but after a mention in Famitsu about it, nothing more has been heard.

just for the hell of it, i'll point out that that Final Fantasy Adventure (Gameboy) is really "Seiken Densetsu 1" or, the game that comes before "Secret of Mana" on the SNES - its shall be rereleased on the GBA very soon, so who knows what will happen regarding its name if it gets outside Japan...
Also, the Final Fantasy Legends were actually the first games in the "Sa-Ga" series... clearly, Square felt that they'd be more popular under the "Final Fantasy" brandname.
