Yeah, I know about this...I figured it out myself around the beginning of the game. But like you said, it's still a pain...the camera angles are so annoying I felt compelled to write to Rockstar and just complain. It just made a lot of the missions much harder than they are.

Got a really useless question, not really important...but, if you haven't gotten past the parts of the story to meet Cesar's cousin up in Red County and further on, then don't read the spoiler:

Okay, so a young Catalina is in this game. Argh, she's so irritating!Well, if you guys have played that mission "Farewell...My Love" you would've seen a young "Mute" guy from GTA3!! Okay, in that little cutscene, Catalina and this Mute guy...they're a "couple!" And Catalina said they were going to go to Liberty City. Okay, now my question: why did Rockstar put the Mute guy in here? Because in GTA3, when Catalina and the Mute guy met up, they never even acknowledged each other...so, how can this part of the story tie in with GTA3? It doesn't make sense...am I the only one who is confused about this?

I tried swimming across the channel to get to Las Venturas and I made it pretty far around it (even with the bothersome 4 star warrant ). I think the Las Venturas area looks really nice...very detailed and very similar to the real thing! I couldn't see much because cops were all over me, but I saw that Flamingo hotel, Pirates hotel, the Luxor, the Four Dragons Casino (I think this one is fake?), and I think I saw something close to the MGM Grand, but I could be wrong. There were a lot of Elvis impersonators walking and driving around.

Right now, I'm in San Fierro (sp?) and doing some missions with Truth and Zero. Does anyone know if it's required to buy Zero's property right at that moment or can you buy it later?

Also, how many landmark screenshots/photos has everyone taken? I only have 3: Pier 69, City Hall, and Aspira Country Club (long way to go -_-;;; ). Were there any famous landmarks where CJ started out? (At his home?)
