Hm, I can think of a couple :

Ninja Resurrection : Man, the pain only stops after you turn of your TV. -_-
Sword for Truth : Makes no sense; stupid plot; animation is terrible (hell, it's so bad they don't even bother to animate the fight scenes... yeah, the still picture just slides across the screen)
M.D. Geist : ...
Gokudo : It's not funny; annoying characters; god awful dub; it's not funny.
Blood: The Last Vampire : I unfortunately purchased this; please don't make the same mistake
Ghost in the Shell : It's eye candy... and that's all it is.
