Depends, cars are really really easy to steal, but the on foot thing depends on how you play it lol 2.Yes you can use trains, and subways in the game 3.yep, the game has 24 hour days, (not 24 hours though, im not sure how long a day lasts in minutes) and it has rain and fog effects, havent seen any snow lol... i guess thats about all that you needed to know, ask more if you feel the need man...
