Yeah, each Grandia game doesn't have anything to do story wise with eachother, except for this one game only released in Japan for the GBC that has the characters from the first Grandia game in it.

I can try to explain that, after battle I read the characters go back to their original costumes, meaning you'd be seeing the one for Yuna that Makg was referring to I believe for the most part and the one Rikku has on in that picture.

The Yuna and Rikku are the same person they were in FFX, they just have different clothes than before.
I don't care, I think they look cool in FFX-2 and I have already decided to get it.
