FFVIII for me easily, the latin lyrics of liberai fitalli (sp?) blended with the fight scene between Squall and Seifer which seems to just flow almost petically. Brilliant!

FFIX comes second because it reminded me of a disney film opening, I half expected Garnet to break into song ^_^
