I haven't watched Macross Plus and I've only watched part of Escaflowne, so I can give an opinion. But Cowboy Bebop soundtrack is one of my faves, speaking of anime. My fave songs are probably Blue, Green Bird, 3.14 and Tank!, just to name some of them.
