yes (hence the "Online" being part of the title).
yes (but we don't know how much. Its also in Closed Beta in the US right now, so its not as far from release as we're dreading. Theres also alledgedly a US Public Beta sometime, so if anyone wants to get a sneak peak, who knows... it could be you ^_^
