[Sword 4 Hire]

Seeing the attack The Mercenary takes one step back, bringing around the targeted shoulder so that he was now facing another direction. Quickly watching Black Thornn's blade swipe just inches in front of the Mercenaries face. The radiating energy from his sword blinds Sword 4 Hire, and a sharp burning sensation overwhelms his face as the mist from the steel circulates throughout the air.

"Ugh!"

Holding his face in his hands he rubs his eyes a bit. Noticing that he is vulnerable he casts Protect and Shell at once, and quickly begins to run backwards, his feet moving in unison one after the other. Finally regaining his sight he stops and searches the horizon. Holding The Cross Sword firmly in his hand his arm begins to tense up, releasing his own energy into the gunblade. Crimson mist begins to circle the blade, encompassing it in a brilliant aray of black and red colors. With the sword in his right hand he slowly brings the blade up to his left shoulder (kind of like the picture in my sig) With a swift horizontal slash into the air all of the imprisoned energy is released, forming a tidal wave of black energy, spanning across the entire battlefield, kicking up dust and wind as it bellows through grass, inserating everything in it's path.

"Heh, heh, heh, surfs up..."
