I disagree - PC gaming has supported Dual Screens for ages now, but nobody uses it. Of course, its wildly different given that the DS obviously comes with Dual Screens as standard, but its all about what goes on each of those screens. So far, its pretty much a case of plonking a map on one screen, which is barely a selling point (obtrusive hitting 'Select' may be, but having a map constantly on one screen isn't THAT useful). Both Dual Screen and Stylus Gaming offer new gaming oportunities, but I doubt that Developers will rush into using the features, because there are only so many games that can be made with those features before the consumers get bored. Creativity is great, but a system sadly lives on uncreative games. The DS just makes things difficult.

I find it interesting that you call the PSP a "gadget with gaming features thrown in", when I only recently had a debate with someone over the fact that the PSP has far fewer "special features" (i.e. Gimmicks) than the DS. He argued that the PSP was all about pretty graphics but nothing else. Who knows... either way, I can't honestly say that i'd buy either of these handhelds just yet. The PSP has the hardware and stylish looks, but Sony are being oh so quiet about battery power and pricing. And then, Dual Screens just don't excite me at all... or fill me with confidence in the battery and price department either.

Looks like i'll just keep with my first-gen GBA then. Shame my nuclear-fired light source ran out of batteries, so i guess i'll have to sit under direct sunlight if I want to see the screen
